At Fitness Rising our mission is to help you elevate your fitness. We offer both personal and small group training programs at our facility in Lincoln, RI.

We limit our small group training size to 4, to ensure each member gets the attention and results of personal training at a fraction of the cost. By following our small group training program you can create measurable change with just 1 hour of your time, 3 days per week.

After joining Fitness Rising you will have access to Wodify, our in house performance tracking system to record each day’s training performance and improvement over time.

Before jumping in to our fitness and performance small group training sessions we offer a 4 session foundation training plan where you will learn all the movements and exercises necessary to be successful in your training.
