At Fitness Rising, you’ll join small group training classes in Lincoln, RI that’ll help you stay motivated during your fitness journey. You’ll meet friendly, likeminded people who’ll keep you feeling encouraged, focused and challenged during intense group workouts.

Find motivation throughout the week

Our classes are a la carte scheduled events and start at 9 a.m., 12 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Held throughout the week, they include:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday strength classes. These full-body, cross-training classes incorporate weights, gymnastic movements and back and front squats.
  • Tuesday aerobic classes. These conditioning classes incorporate treadmill running, rowing, ancillary movements and more for an "active recovery day."
  • Saturday open gym training. These informal workouts will be posted in the gym.
